Who's Looking After You?

A free webinar for nurses, exploring the courage behind the care - and offering 45 minutes to turn some of that compassion inward.

This Tuesday is International Nurses' Day. Most of the content you'll see celebrates nurses for the care they give. We wanted to ask a different question.

Who's looking after you?

Every shift, you carry decisions that other people don't see. The conversation you held steady when the family was breaking. The handover where you flagged the thing nobody wanted to flag. The moment you stayed late because someone needed you to. That's invisible courage, and it adds up.

This is forty-five minutes to turn some of that compassion inward. Not as an indulgence. As the foundation that makes the rest of it sustainable.

Tuesday 12 May, 12:00 to 12:45. Lunch-hour friendly, live online, free to attend.

You'll leave with three things: A clearer view of the bravery you already bring to work Why self-compassion is foundational, not optional Practical tools to regulate and restore between shifts

Participation:

This is a highly interactive session - if possible, please join from a quiet place with your camera on. We'd love to see your faces and hear your voices. The webinar joining link will be shared with you closer to the date.
