# The Bravest Path

> The Bravest Path is a courage-building leadership consultancy. We design and deliver evidence-based programmes that develop courageous, compassionate leaders across healthcare, corporate and public-sector organisations around the world. Our flagship programme, Braver than Before®, has reached more than 2,000 participants across more than 40 NHS Trusts, and won the HSJ Partnership Award for Workforce and Wellbeing Initiative of the Year 2025.

The Bravest Path Ltd is a UK company based in Guildford, Surrey. It was co-founded by Bethan Davies (Managing Director) and Gareth Davies. The company holds Cyber Essentials Plus certification, issued by The IASME Consortium.
