The Bravery Bursary for NHs Resident Doctors

We're delighted to launch our NHS Resident Doctors Leadership Bursary, offering fully funded places on our award-winning Braver than Before® programme, starting March 2026.

Winner of the HSJ Workforce & Wellbeing Initiative of the Year 2025, Braver than Before® is a 32-hour CPD-accredited development journey that builds leadership confidence, courage, and resilience.

What you'll learn:

→ Find your voice in ward rounds and MDT meetings
→ Have brave conversations about workload and boundaries
→ Manage imposter syndrome and perfectionism
→ Lead with compassion (for patients and yourself)
→ Build resilience for the long game

The commitment: Fully virtual, 4.5 months. Six live workshops (2.5 hours) plus three group coaching circles (90 minutes). Approximately 8 hours per month.
