Whether you're facing a challenging moment, looking to deepen your leadership impact, or simply need to pause and reconnect – this session is for you.

- An experience of the Braver than Before® approach to leadership development
Participation:
This is a live, interactive session that requires 100% participation. To create a safe and connected environment, all attendees are expected to have their cameras on and audio enabled throughout. If this isn’t possible, we kindly ask that you do not attend as this has an impact on the experience and safety of the breakout groups.
How to prepare:
Come with something real on your mind – a decision, a dilemma, or a development area. It could be a question like: “How do I have this conversation?” or “What can I do to enable these cost savings we need to make as a Trust?”
You’ll get the most from the session if you arrive with a clear focus and an open mind. After the session, we invite you to take a few minutes to reflect and note down your insights or actions – and share them with a trusted colleague if you’d like to continue the conversation.
